The check-in line was long, BUT the staff was AMAZING!!! We had multiple rooms reserved. Staff made sure we were all on the same floor and checked in together. Our room was very comfy and tidy. The service was great. It was nice to return to a clean room after tours EVERY day.

I found a used condom in the room. I also found hair in the shower. I didn't notice the condom until I was packing up. I didn't make an issue because my kids were with me.

the room had excellent air conditioning , a feature i found very effective. the exhibitions available offered a nice daytime activity.

i noticed the hotel lacked basic amenities such as coffee or tea in the room.

the check-in line was long, taking about 20 minutes of waiting. the receptionist asked if i wanted a better room with a bathtub, but i declined. she didn't mention that the room i booked had no view of the hotel interior. i should have booked directly or requested a room on the 6th floor or higher

iceberg cooling unit

the pyramid king room was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked fine..

i encountered a problem with the fridge, as it had a huge iceberg over the cooling unit, preventing it from closing properly rendering it useless. the tv also did not work. the halls smelled like garbage..

The staff promptly addressed a slight odor by moving me to a new room. The new room was clean. Proximity to Allegiant Stadium was excellent. I appreciated the king size bed and comfortable pillows.

The lack of a fridge or microwave in the room felt inconvenient. I would have liked to have had these amenities in the room.

I walked easily to allegiant stadium, even in heels. We had a wonderful time! the hotel room was clean. it was easy to walk to dining options outside of the hotel. the staff is helpful and friendly. good dining options are inside the hotel. i felt safe when i was there.

the hotel seemed a bit outdated to me.
